OneMind.ai (PCPS AG, St. Gallen) – a startup dedicated to facilitating participatory transformation processes with high participant numbers through integrated technology and AI-driven insights.

Initial situation

Fragmented tool landscape requiring combined use of video conferencing and whiteboard tools, no integrated solution for complex workshop formats like World Café or Open Space, and limited visibility into collaboration effectiveness and transformation progress.

Our contribution

Developed product vision and information architecture, created visual identity and comprehensive UI pattern library, led UX design through multiple development sprints including user testing and iterative improvements, and supported brand communication through product videos and storytelling presentations.
