Initial situation
Fragmented global web presence, inconsistent UX and hard‑to-find information, making it difficult for users to select the right products and for teams to manage content.
Our contribution
Defined the UX strategy, created a modular design system and web framework, ran user and stakeholder research, and set up governance and collaboration processes for all country sites.
Result
Consistent UX across 70+ markets generating a three-digit million annual revenue, easier product discovery and lead generation, and a scalable platform that enables faster roll‑outs and continuous improvement.

We are not an AI-first agency (as the name implies), but we use AI where it creates added value. We code with Claude, create visuals with Midjourney, Flux and Nano Banana, transform text into natural language with ElevenLabs, and bring avatars to life with Hedra and Kling.
We experiment with AI agents that optimise our workflows. Whether Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc. – we know the tools and their limitations. At the same time, we find the developments dizzying and sometimes stand there like children in a candy store. But that's exactly why we don't do AI for AI's sake, but use it in a targeted manner: for better prototypes, more efficient processes and concrete business results.
