With a gift for storytelling, he turns complexity into pathways people understand — creating stories that connect with customers and bring teams into shared momentum.

Rudy is our morning explorer. In his innovation and future workshops, he senses the signals that guide the next leap and turns early ideas into real opportunities.

As a co-creation facilitator, he helps teams rediscover the joy of working together — replacing ego with curiosity and creating better results through genuine collaboration.
